Want an in-house music video channel with your choice of music and your advertisements? The answer is PowerPac MV!

PowerPac MV puts you in control of your very own music channel. Showing the latest music videos from SkyMusic, your channel plays on a plasma, projection or other TV system in bars, reception areas or at retail point of sale. PowerPac MV software enables you to control the tracks being played and insert your own commercials into the programme. You’re in total control of what goes on-screen and when. Music videos are supplied to you on disk and you retain them while you continue to subscribe to the SkyMusic service. Music is available in five genres, with new tracks being released every month.

Switch to TV Channel

Using a top-of-the-line Creston AV control system, you can change from PowerPac MV to a broadcast or Sky TV channel with one touch. A lower-cost solution is to use a remote control. However, you can’t lose a fully-mounted Creston control.

Advertisements

With PowerPac MV your ad sequences can be changed regularly to include new announcements and promotions. Advertisements can be simple text graphics with audio - or full produced TVCs. The Complete Package can regularly update the advertisement files whenever necessary. These changes can be made remotely, via the Internet. We can produce your ads or for graphic ads, you can do it yourself with authoring software.

Music Licenses

The SkyMusic video compilations are licensed for your use of the artist's material. You may also need a license from Phonographic Performances (NZ) Ltd to play recorded music in a public place.

Low Monthly Fee

You get 6 music video disks of one genre when you join the SkyMusic system and you keep these and a new disk each month while you are a member. There is a monthly fee for the hire of PowerPac MV software and the supply of an additional SkyMusic video disk containing approximately 16 tracks. Currently the total monthly charge is $190+GST per month. Should you want music of two genres (2 disks), the charge is $270 per month. The fee includes all music licensing charges and guarantees that the music and pictures are of the highest quality.
The Complete Package can also supply the operational PC and control monitor for a competitive cost or you may supply the PC system as listed below. We can supply a graphic converter if needed. All prices stated exclude GST.

Operating System

PowerPac MV plays on a PC, which is connected to a plasma screen or other TV monitor. A separate control monitor is used for the operator to manage programmes. The minimum specs for the PC are: Processor 1.2 GHz; RAM 256Mb; Hard Drive 10Mb; 3*DVD-ROM Drive; Dual Head Video Card with TV out; 15" monitor; Sound card; Win 98.
