Outdoors Audio System For Te Urewera National Park
We supplied Te Papa Atawhai – The Department of Conservation (DOC), a U-Turn Round audio system for visitors to the Aniwaniwa Field Centre. The system allows visitors to hear animal and bird sounds prior to going on walks in the bush. No power is supplied to the site. The user simply winds the handle to generate the electricity to operate the system. Operates in all weather conditions, including rain as shown in the pic below.

We transcoded videos, supplied media players, MATV systems and installation services. The new channels show promotional videos for the Oaks properties around Australia, New Zealand and Asia. We trained staff how to tune the in-room TV and produced “How it Works” video clips.

Indigo Shire Gold Trail Info Touch Displays
We have supplied a geo based touch screen app for tourist use in northern Victoria. We developed “Our World 2D & 3D - Indigo Shire App” for use at the Visitor Information Centres in the towns of Beechworth, Yackandandah, Chiltern and Rutherglen, Indigo Shire, VIC, Australia.

In the Auckland viaduct, Volvo erected a giant visitors centre with a wide range of interactive and AV displays.

iPad Floor Stand Volvo Centre

These were the best examples of AV & interactive multimedia in a public space seen in New Zealand. Visitors were able to view and interact with a large variety of pysical and digital exhibits.

There was a good use made of iPads on floor stands. They worked very well showing off physical exhibits behind.

The finshing style of the iPads was very impressive. No sign of any cables. The user interface design was clean and functional. Great use was made of Volvo product videos on the iPads, from cars, to trucks, buses, trains and even jet engines.

A large touch screen table had a map of the earth on which you could track the yachts across the oceans. The multi-touch pinch and zoom gestures worked very well.
